Company does not independently obtain, manage, verify, or maintain customer consent for communications conducted by Client through the Services.
Client is solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining, documenting, and managing all legally required consents, opt-ins, permissions, notices, disclosures, and authorizations necessary for communications conducted through the Services.
Client represents and warrants that all customer contact information uploaded, imported, provided, or utilized through the Services has been lawfully obtained and may lawfully be contacted.
Company acts solely as a technology and service provider and shall not be responsible for Client's compliance with applicable telecommunications laws, privacy laws, anti-spam laws, carrier requirements, messaging regulations, or customer consent requirements.
4. California Privacy Rights
California residents may have certain privacy rights under applicable California privacy laws, including rights relating to access, correction, deletion, and information regarding personal information collected, used, disclosed, or shared.
